How does the system work?
We program a unique coding system for your church that is used to formulate an outcome once a guest submits their information. This code is then accessed through sources you choose; whether your website, social media page or a QR code.
How long does it take to go live?
Once we gather any necessary pertinent details from you, it takes roughly 5-7 business days.
What happens after signing up?
Whether you sign-up for monthly or annually with a discount, the process is the same. Once payment is received, you will be immediately sent details to book an orientation call. From there, the process starts.
Is there a charge per inquiry generated?
No. You only have a monthly fee, which includes the building of your landing page (if you want one), graphics, hosting, annual domain registrations and unique coding built. You are allowed unlimited inquiries.
Is building a website mandatory?
No. It can be incorporated into your existing website if you have one. However, if you have no website at all, we highly suggest getting one so the website can provide context to anyone inquiring.
How does the process work?
Anyone who submits an inquiry will answer a few questions. Those questions will then go into your coding system with pre-built data about your church. The outcome will be a personalized visitor's report emailed to the inquirer and a copy sent to the church staff. The contact information will be stored in the church's database for future outreach. If you opt to, over a period of 3 months, a series of touches will be made to the inquirer via email or text (sms). The report will not convince anyone to join your church, however, it will outline benefits that matches their interests.
